Clinton's Matt Dalton has had a pretty impressive hockey career so far.

He played minor hockey in Seaforth, before playing junior hockey in Mitchell, London and St. Mary's, as well as the USA.

Following playing University hockey in Minnesota, Dalton signed an entry-level contract with the Boston Bruins and played with the organization for two years before heading to Russia, and now South Korea.

Now, he's been selected to represent his adopted country of South Korea in the Olympic games.

He tells myFM that it was a special feeling when he found out he made the South Korean team.

Dalton and the Koreans will face some stiff competition in pool A with the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Canada all in the pool.

Dalton told myFM that his goal for the Olympics is to do his best and enjoy the experience.

Korea's first game is Thursday, February 15th, and then they place Switzerland on the 17th before playing Canada on the 18th.
