Compass Minerals and Unifor 16-0 have reached a tentative 3 year agreement at the salt mine in Goderich. Reports from CBC say the deal includes an increase in overtime pay, annual wage increases and no changes to the pension plan.

According to Compass Minerals the company has reached a tentative 3 year agreement with Unifor 16-0 hourly members at the Goderich Mine. A ratification vote will take place on Monday July 16.
