Somebody in the Scenic City could be 60 million dollars richer! The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation reports that the big prize in Friday's Lotto Max jackpot was sold in the Owen Sound area. The ticket is worth 60 million dollars.

The installation of LED lighting in the Goderich downtown core is complete. Chief Administrative Officer Larry McCabe says not only is there only a three-year turn-around to the installation costs, but the new lights are getting rave reviews. Not so fast, says Councillor Michele Hansen.

He started as a junior with the London Knights and 40 years ago this weekend Darryl Sittler set an NHL record with a 10 point game against the Boston Bruins at Maple Leaf Gardens. On Thursday night the Leafs honored Sittler with a pre game tribute.
