Video surveillance could soon be in some county-owned buildings upon approval from Huron County council. CAO Meighan Wark stated the use of video surveillance is common with many municipalities and they have approved the proposal.

3 people have been charged with stealing holiday decorations in Wingham. Early Sunday morning, police responded to a report concerning theft at Cruickshank Park. Police stopped a vehicle believed to be used in the theft.
