Ontario's Court of Appeal has kicked the legs from under four farming families hoping to argue wind turbines are unhealthy and violate the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Lawyer Julian Falconer says while these doors are closed, arguments of accountability may still be open.

AVIATION TOUR TOUCHES DOWN

The 8th Annual Interprovincial Air Tour touches down in Kincardine at 1:30 Saturday afternoon, following stops in St. Thomas, Pelee Island and Sarnia. Five couples taking part from the States make it an International, rather than an Interprovincial tour-- and 40 aircraft in all will be taking part.
